This aluminum cylinder kit delivers up to 24 hp out of the box and offers a wide range of applications. In combination with the Stage6 HPC crankshaft (45 mm stroke) and the matching spacer, the displacement can be increased by approx. 2 cc - ideal for optimizing torque.

To exploit the full potential of this Top Performances ALU racing kit, we recommend the use of high-end components such as a high-end exhaust, a PWK 28 mm carburetor, a digital internal rotor ignition and a reinforced clutch.

Note on installation:

Before final installation, a test assembly is essential to ensure the connecting rod doesn't hit the crankcase during piston movement. Use longer stud bolts M7x120mm and check the squish clearance – around 0.8 mm is ideal for optimal performance and reliability.
