Malossi C-One variator cover
Malossi C/RC-One CVT cover (with kickstarter) for Piaggio engines, another tuning product for the C-One and RC-One cases from Malossi. The CVt cover can also be used with the original engine case.
Advantages of Malossi Airforce transmission cover
- Better cooling: The cover is a genuine high-end product with optimum ventilation and therefore improved cooling of the transmission / CVT. This leads to better performance and longer life expectancy of all components.
- Increased stability: The die-cast cover is extremely robust and increases stability and load capacity.
- More space: The dimensions are reduced compared to the original cover, creating more space for the clutch bell and other parts.

Malossi C-One
The C-One series from Malossi includes all parts for the game-changing C-One racing crankcases for 50cc scooters.
The C-One cases are designed for racing, with radical solutions and using the latest technologies. The cases are designed for the installation of racing components, i.e. high-end cylinders with increased displacement and all associated components.
There are also accessories for the C-One range, such as mudguards or spark plug covers.

CVT cover
Although variator covers do not belong to the classic wear parts, they can be damaged and must be replaced. You can also replace the original cover with a stylish custom model.
Tuning CVT cover
Custom covers are available in different colours and designs, which of course won't improve performance. There are transmission covers with cutouts that provide better ventilation and cooling for tuned engines.
