2Fast intake for Minarelli horizontal

in cooperation with Stage6, 2Fast offers a complete solution for demanding tuners: Intake with intake manifold, reed valve and spacer D.28 - 32mm for 50cc scooters with Minarelli horizontal engine.

Contents 2Fast intake kit:

  • CNC aluminum spacer with round channel D.28mm
  • Integrated Stage6 reed valve block
  • Stage6 soft intake manifold
  • Screws required for installation

Advantages of the 2Fast Stage6 intake kit

The Stage6 diaphragm has been modified to fit perfectly into the 2Fast spacer and offers more volume in the lower engine area.
The Stage6 soft intake manifold allows the use of PWK carburetors up to 28 mm or Dellorto VHST.

This 2Fast version allows the carburetor to be positioned towards the rear of the scooter. This modification requires the swingarm to be adapted or replaced. For easy replacement, we recommend the Stage6 swingarm for Aerox.

Intake Kit for scooter, motorcycle and moped

The intake on a 2-stroke engine is composed of a series of parts that connect the carburetor or injection unit to the engine. The aim here is to assemble the components in such a way that it leads to a better cylinder filling.

The intake system of a 2-stroke scooter or motorcycle consists of:

  • Intake manifold
  • Reed valve
  • Sometimes with spacer / socket

What is the benefit of a tuning intake kit?

Generally, installing an optimized intake results in a straighter intake to the engine and increased intake volume to improve mixture flow and engine filling. The reed petals are usually made of fiber or carbon, which improve engine response and peak power.

Note: Installing an intake kit is often necessary when installing a larger carburetor as well as when using a sport air filter. Always remember to check carburetor settings and make sure the system is fully sealed.
