Variator cover for Yamaha Aerox
This aluminium cover is a great looking custom part, with large "cut out" vents. They guarantee excellent cooling of the pulleys which results in better, more reliable performance and will also extend the life expectancy of your transmission.
The advantage of Cutouts in covers:
- Better cooling of the CVT (variator + torque drive) to allow for maximum performance.
- Inspection hatch, so you can check the wear condition of the V-belt.
- Great racing look.
For optimal installation we recommend to use a new kickstarter and new housing bolts.

CVT cover
Although variator covers do not belong to the classic wear parts, they can be damaged and must be replaced. You can also replace the original cover with a stylish custom model.
Tuning CVT cover
Custom covers are available in different colours and designs, which of course won't improve performance. There are transmission covers with cutouts that provide better ventilation and cooling for tuned engines.
