Structure et fonction d'un pot échappement

Les systèmes de pot d'échappement servent à évacuer les gaz d'échappement produits lors de la combustion.
L'équipementier d'origine équipe ses véhicules de systèmes réduits avec homologation routière (autorisation générale d'exploitation), afin que ceux-ci puissent être utilisés sur la voie publique. Dans le domaine du tuning, le système d'échappement dit "à résonance " s'est imposé : par réflexion de l'onde d'échappement, le gaz frais qui s'est échappé revient dans le cylindre, ce qui permet un meilleur remplissage des cylindres et donc plus de puissance.

Pot d'échappemet type origine

Les systèmes d'échappement d'origine sont minces et discrets, le son est atténué par un silencieux. Avec ces systèmes, le régime maximal est limité, car l'échappement est étranglé.

Pot d'échappemet Tuning

Les systèmes d'échappement tuning se composent de quatre parties : Le collecteur, un corps généralement soudé à partir de plusieurs cônes, un tube stinger et un silencieux. En règle générale, les systèmes d'échappement plus courts favorisent les régimes élevés du moteur, tandis que les systèmes plus longs favorisent les régimes faibles, ce qui se traduit par une meilleure accélération.

Des pots d'échappement pour tous les usages et de nombreux modèles

Le système d'échappement est probablement le composant de tuning le plus populaire dans le secteur des deux-roues, et pour de nombreux pilote, l'achat d'un échappement tuning marque le début d'un long voyage vers une moto ou scooter personnalisée. Presque toutes les grandes marques proposent des systèmes d'échappement pour différentes applications à un excellent rapport qualité-prix :

Nos échappement de remplacement sont identiques aux systèmes de série en termes de puissance, de forme et de look et se remplacent facilement. Ces installations sont relativement silencieuses, homologuées pour la route et s'adaptent parfaitement aux cylindres d'origine. Des fabricants comme LeoVince et Sito se sont spécialisés dans ce domaine, vous y trouverez des systèmes d'échappement de haute qualité en qualité d'origine à petits prix.

Nous proposons des échappement sport qui sont plus efficaces que les pots d'origine et qui apportent une augmentation de la puissance, ils sont idéaux pour les kits 50cc ou 70cc Sport et racing. Ils sont aussi souvent disponibles en différentes versions, peintes ou chromées, pour donner un certain look custom à votre scooter,moto 50 ou encore votre cyclo.

Les échappements racing et haut de gamme ne sont pas autorisés pour une utilisation sur route et ne peuvent être utilisés que sur des terrains privés et lors d'événements. Ils sont parfois incroyablement puissants et conviennent aux kits 70cc à 90cc fortement tunés. Souvent, les modèles haut de gamme de ce secteur sont également réduits en poids et, comme les installations sportives, en partie disponibles en chrome, mais le plus souvent avec une finition racing classique.

Lors du choix d'un pot d'échappement, il faut toujours garder à l'esprit l'ensemble der la confirguration. le pot d'échappement doit être adapté au cylindre et le compléter afin d'obtenir un maximum de puissance et un ensemble homogène.
