Cylinder Voca BigBore 100cc d.54mm / 43mm stroke Yamaha DT
Description
Cylinder Voca BigBore 100cc Yamaha DT
Cylinder Voca Racing BigBore 100ccm d.54mm / 43mm stroke for Yamaha DT 50 / DT 80 / RD 80 and TZR 80. This is the actual cylinder WITHOUT a cylinder head.
After months of development on track and dyno, Voca Racing has been able to launch this very powerful 100cc cylinder for liquid-cooled Yamaha DT.
It is a high quality, very well finished aluminium cylinder with chrome / nickel coating with 5 transfer ports and bridged exhaust. It comes with a 53.95mm Vertex piston with 1 piston ring.
The 54mm big bore and 43mm stroke gets you a displacement of a whopping 100cc - full power for your moped. Only usable with 43mm / 85mm crankshaft!
The matching modular Race Head cylinder heads are available in 3 colours: Blue, Black and Red.
To use the extreme power of the 100cc cylinder efficiently and reliably, we recommend the use of a racing crankshaft like the HQ Racing crankshaft with 43mm stroke / 85mm connecting rod. You should also add a matching tuning exhaust like the Voca BigBore 100cc, erhältlich as exhaust with Carbon silencer and exhaust with Kevlar silencer.

Tuning Level: Racing
We categorize our products into different performance levels Original, Sport, Racing and High End , so that our customers can choose the right parts for their setup. It is really important to combine parts that belong to the same tuning level, this is especially true for cylinders, crankshafts and exhausts.
Racing products are designed for a more extreme uses and are developed primarily for racing. Whether you stay at 50cc or increase the displacement, the corresponding Racing parts produce much higher performance than the original parts in order to achieve maximum power.
Aluminium cylinders
Aluminium cylinders are more powerful than cast iron cylinders, but require more regular maintenance and must be combined with different components such as a reinforced crankshaft and a larger carburetor.
How to run in an aluminium cylinder?
Aluminium cylinders should be run in for about 200 kilometers , and you should use a fully synthetic engine oil.
Note: To ensure optimum performance and reliability, it is advisable to measure the squish clearance. Just have a look at our tutorial How to adjust squish clearance.
