Cylinder kit aluminium 50cc, Minarelli horizontal AC, 10mm like Yamaha Neo's, Yamaha Jog and others, 50cc aluminium cylinder with hard nikasil coated liner, as you know it otherwise only from expensive tuning cylinders.
Performance 50cc Aluminum cylinder
Although the cylinder is basically identical to the original cylinder, it has much better thermal properties because it is made of aluminum. Better heat dissipation naturally leads to improved performance. The high-quality materials, the well done processing, as well as the precise transfer ports are the benefits of this cylinder.
The cylinder has ABE like the original.

- Piston with 2 rings
- Gasket set
Cylinder head is not included, please keep original head!
How to Install a cylinder on a scooter, motorcycle or moped
The cylinder or cylinder kit is the heart of the engine on scooters, motorcycles and mopeds. It consists of a cylinder, a piston with piston ring(s), a cylinder head and gaskets needed for installation.
The service life of a cylinder depends on whether it has been fitted correctly.

Under Original you will find parts whose performance and technical specifications are identical to those of the stock part.
Aluminium cylinders
Aluminium cylinders are more powerful than cast iron cylinders, but require more regular maintenance and must be combined with different components such as a reinforced crankshaft and a larger carburetor.
How to run in an aluminium cylinder?
Aluminium cylinders should be run in for about 200 kilometers , and you should use a fully synthetic engine oil.
