Suzuki RMX 50 - General information
Suzuki achieved great success in almost all GPs and their TM series was very successful in motocross. In 1975 the TM became the RM (short for Racing Model). The RM catalog encompasses 50cc, 60cc, 65cc, 80cc, 85cc and 100cc as well as 125cc, 250cc, 370cc, 400cc, 465cc and 500cc models. Over time, they expanded their range and produced the various models until 2009. The RMX 50 is a 2-stroke enduro machine that is part of the RM series and was produced by Suzuki Motor Espańa in Spain from 1995 to 2004. The RM models achieved many victories in international competitions.
RMX Suzuki - Engine
The RMX is equipped with a two-stroke single-cylinder Morini engine. The engine is liquid-cooled for optimal heat dissipation. The Suzuki 50 uses a Mikuni carburetor to prepare the fuel-air mixture. The displacement is 50cc. The Suzuki RM X is equipped with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
Suzuki RMX - Chassis
The Suzuki RMX 49cc is equipped with a Showa Reverse hydraulic fork as front suspension. The rear suspension consists of a monoshock. The front wheel disc brake has a diameter of 220 mm, while the rear wheel brake has a disc brake with a diameter of 180 mm. The size for the front tire is 80/90 x 21" and for the rear tire 110/80 x 18", which leads to goot safety and a better off-road riding experience.
