Suzuki AP 50 - General information
After Suzuki had achieved success in pretty much all Grand Prix races and was particularly successful in the motocross sector, the company also wanted to establish itself in the scooter world and launched the AP 50cc AC in 1997. The scooter was perfect for everyday use in city traffic, light, maneuverable and unobtrusive.
AP 50 Suzuki - Engine
The AP 50 is equipped with a 2-stroke Morini engine. The engine block is cooled by air, which results in good heat dissipation. The AP50 uses a carburetor to prepare and control the fuel/air mixture. The displacement is 50cc. It is driven by a CVT and a V-belt.
Suzuki AP 50 scooter - Chassis
The Suzuki AP50 is equipped with a hydraulic fork as front wheel suspension. The rear suspension consists of a monoshock.
