Loyalty Points
Our loyalty program rewards customer loyalty by letting you earn and collect reward points for purchasing products and performing certain other actions at our web shop.
Participation
All registered MAXISCOOTend customers, meaning all private customers with a customer account, can participate and benefit from our loyalty program. B2B customers, i.e. trade partners like dealers, workshops, companies etc., are excluded from our loyalty points system.
Earning reward points
- Purchasing: every time you make a purchase at maxiscoot.com you earn points based on the price of the purchased product(s).
- Setting up customer account: 150 points
- Subscribing to our newsletter: 500 points
- Invite friends:
- You'll receive 50 reward points for every friend you invited who then registers at MAXISCOOT.com (max. 3 invitations).
- You'll receive another 200 reward points for every friend you invited who makes a purchase at MAXISCOOT.com.
Reward points value
Our exchange rate for reward points is:
100 points = 1 Euro
Collected points are exchanged into Euro and can be redeemed when making your next purchase at MAXISCOOT.com.
Redeeming reward points
You will need a minimum of 200 points to be able to redeem them when making a purchase. As soon as you reach this minimum, they can be deducted from the value of the goods at the end of the order process.
Managing reward points
You can view your total points and manage them in your customer account under "Reward Points". You can also see the expiry date of your points and a history of all of your earned and redeemed points.
Expiry dates of reward points
If not redeemed, your reward points will expire 365 days after they are earned.
E-mail notification
You can sign up for e-mail notification on any change in your points balance – earning points, redeeming points and expiry dates.
