DELIVERY TIME

Your order will usually be dispatched within the time specified for each item. Please note that we always do complete deliveries. The estimated shipping date is therefore always based on the item with the latest date. The shipping period for payment by PayPal or credit card begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. In the case of purchase by invoice or installment purchase, it usually starts on the day after the order was placed. If you pay by bank transfer, the period begins as soon as our bank receives the money. 

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the delivery time for items in stock is 48 hours for deliveries to Germany and France and 2-5 working days to other European countries. Deliveries to third countries can take up to 60 days with DHL, GLS and LaPoste. For this reason, we offer UPS Express for these countries, with a delivery time of 5-10 days.

In addition to an extensive, well-assorted, high-quality and attractively priced product range, reliable information about availability and delivery dates is the most important information for our customers.

Please note that information regarding delivery times refers to the order confirmation date in our system and not to the date of your order in our online store. Depending on the type of payment autorisation, shipping method, payment method or delivery address (destination), we check each order to ensure reliable and fast processing. After a successful order, you can check it online under "My account" under "My orders". Guest accounts are informed of the current order status by email.

In stock - ready for dispatch within 24 hours

The quantities available in our central warehouse at the time of ordering are indicated in our online store. If the product is available according to the online store, this means that the product is immediately available from stock. We dispatch the products on the same day, but at the latest on the next working day (Monday to Friday).

If an item has an estimated shipping date, it must first be retrieved from an external warehouse. Your order will not be dispatched until all items are in our main warehouse.

IN STOCK

The goods are currently not available in our warehouses or from our suppliers. We have been notified of a period within which delivery will be made to our central warehouse. This period can be changed at short notice and without our knowledge. You will find the expected delivery date in the item details.

DELAYED

The goods are currently not available and have been reordered from the manufacturer. We were given a period of time within which delivery was to be made to our central warehouse. Unfortunately, this period has been exceeded. In cooperation with the suppliers, we are trying to ensure quick delivery. You can use our notification service to receive an email as soon as the product is available again.

NOT IN STOCK

The product is currently not available from our suppliers or, in the case of a new product, not yet available. For this reason, we are currently unable to communicate information about an expected delivery date. You can use our notification service to receive an email as soon as the product is available again.

PARTIAL DELIVERY:

If a delivery is significantly delayed, or the subsequent delivery of individual items holds up your order for too long, we reserve the right to send you a partial delivery without consultation. In this case, the subsequent delivery will of course be free of shipping costs.

If you would like to arrange a partial delivery yourself, please contact our support team by email. Our colleagues will then check your current item status and restocking times and can initiate a partial delivery if there is a significant delay.

We ship to all European countries and try to send the goods for each country with the best possible shipping provider. We take care to offer the customer an optimal compromise between price / shipping costs, delivery time and reliability. The choice of the appropriate service provider and the shipping costs incurred will be displayed during the ordering process.

The shipping costs are calculated according to weight and volumetric weight. Depending on the country, orders over €119 are delivered free of charge. You can find the details in the list below.

WORLDWIDE

We deliver to over 200 countries. The shipping costs depend on the country of delivery, the weight and volumetric weight of the package. The shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.

Depending on the country, we try to offer you different shipping service providers.

The usual taxes and customs in your country are neither calculated nor displayed by us. These are only calculated and charged upon delivery (by customs or parcel service) and are therefore added to the invoice amount.

TRACKING

To track your parcel, simply click on the link that will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as the parcel is dispatched; you will also find this information in your customer area. Simply go to "My Account", then to "My Orders".

It may happen that some tracking information is not available for various reasons. The most common reason is that your parcel has left our warehouse but there have been delays with the shipping provider.
