Silentbloc rubber bush with M6 thread for mounting exhausts. This component dampens vibrations and should be replaced when the rubber becomes porous.

Rubber Bushing
As the name suggests, the silentbloc, also known as a silentblock, rubber bushing or rubber buffer, ensures low-noise and low-vibration connections. This means that silentblocks are fitted in places where vibrations or movements can cause problems.
Rubber bushings are made of rubber, a material that dries out and cracks over time. They need to be replaced when they crack, become too soft and develop too much play.
