UFO offers Open Design airbox covers and side panels with holes for certain models. The plastic covers have holes to increase the air flow to the airbox.
The advantage is that the behaviour of the motorcycle changes and more power is achieved at high RPMs. The open design covers have an influence on the air-fuel mixture: at high temperatures or when riding at high altitudes, the mixture may become leaner.
