Malossi Racing Air Filter E5 44mm red / black screen.
It has a 44mm straight connection, is 90mm long, has a 30° tilt and comes with red foam filter and black screen. It is suitable for many different scooter resp. carburetor models. Clamp for mounting is included.
For optimized air intake and filtration and improved performance. It can be taken apart easily in order to clean the foam.

what are the benefits of open air filters?
Pod air filters are installed in place of the original air filter box of scooters, motorcycles or even mopeds to increase the air flow and thus improve performance and cooling of the engine.
However, using an open pod filter can make the vehicle louder, leads to slightly worse fuel economy, and it is possible that water gets into the engine during heavy rain. But what the heck - open air filters just sound great!
Just as with original air filter inserts, it is important to clean the air filter regularly with air filter cleaner.
Note: When installing an open sport air filter, the carburetor must be readjusted, i.e. in most cases the jet has to be changed.
