Tuning Kit 80cc Racing cylinder LC and crankcase PARMAKIT for PEUGEOT 103

Pure tuning: 80cc racing cylinder (water-cooled) plus matching racing crankcase.

The PARMAKIT aluminum cylinder 80 for PEUGEOT 103, HONDA FOX and HONDA WALLAROO is an extremely powerful cylinder developed exclusively for competition. With an innovative architecture and a water cooling upgrade, the cylinder takes engine performance to a completely new level. This model, which is based on the legendary ZETA Ø50mm, sets new standards in terms of efficiency and workmanship.

Available here as a complete kit with the necessary Parmakit crankcase for Peugeot 103.

Parmakit high-end cylinder with LC cylinder head

The water-cooled cylinder head ensures optimum heat dissipation and enables higher compression ratios. This makes the engine more resilient, which makes it ideal for use on the race track. With this technology, the cylinder head can be kept at a constant temperature of around 60 °C, allowing a leaner air-fuel ratio to be used without risking engine damage.

The really convincing look with red anodizing also makes the kit a visual eye-catcher - perfect for enthusiasts who want to combine top performance and aesthetics.

Details Parmakit moped cylinder

The cylinder has six transfer ports and a single outlet. The side ports are precisely machined and the front ports are enlarged to maximize performance and gas flow. With a diameter of Ø50mm, the cylinder offers 76.77cc displacement in combination with a standard stroke of 39.1mm and up to 82.66cc with a long-stroke crankshaft.

The two-piece aluminum cylinder head ensures optimum heat dissipation thanks to liquid cooling. The combustion chamber is hemispherical and has a polished surface, which supports even combustion.

The reinforced piston comes from VERTEX and is supplied with piston pins, piston clips and piston rings.

How to run in an aluminium cylinder?

Aluminium cylinders should be run in for about 200 kilometers , and you should use a fully synthetic engine oil.

Note: To ensure optimum performance and reliability, it is advisable to measure the squish clearance. Just have a look at our tutorial How to adjust squish clearance.
