A scooter stator is a set of wire coils that converts the 12V charge of a standard battery into the higher charge needed for the ignition spark. Normal wear and constant use can lead to the stator plate malfunctioning and failing. It is time to get a new stator plate.

OEM quality stator plate for Vespa, with 18 coils.
