Horn
The horn is generally mandatory for motor vehicles licensed for use on public roads.
Drivers can use a horn to draw attention to their presence in an emergency - before blind bends, to warn of dangers and as an additional indication when overtaking. Any other use of the horn (out of joy, protest, annoyance or just because) should be considered twice, as they are illegal.
If the horn fails, you should check whether the horn itself is faulty or not. Simply connect 12 V directly to the horn and activate it. If the horn works when directly connected, you should check the fuses, the switch or the cable.
