Features of FMF Factory 4.1 muffler
FMF Factory 4.1 exhausts are the result of years of collaboration with top teams and top riders. They provide more power across the entire RPM range, a more direct throttle response, faster revving and higher peak power.
The system consists of a Megabomb headpipe, which provides additional torque while reducing noise levels, and a Factory 4.1 silencer, which is lightweight and releases more power in all rev ranges.
The titanium version also offers a significant weight advantage.

Sound FMF Factory 4.1
FMF pays attention to the noise level in racing. The Factory 4.1 damper complies with FIM noise regulations and can therefore be used in competitions as it remains below the permissible dB limits in the sound test.
A dB-killer is included.

The Factory 4.1 silencer from FMF is the brand's top model and was developed using the latest cutting-edge technology by Don Hemler's team in collaboration with the best riders in the world.
Factory 4.1 technology and performance
The Factory 4.1 RCT features a patented Resonance Chamber Technology™, which uses a sophisticated channel system to increase the internal volume and reduce the overall length of the ESD to the shortest possible length, resulting in less damage in the event of a crash. The silencer is moved to the center towards the engine, which makes the entire motorcycle more stable. Noise emissions are minimized without any loss of power.
The silencer is made from aerospace-grade materials, making it strong and lightweight.
In terms of performance, FMF guarantees performance increases across the entire RPM range. The brand's exhausts are known for their improved response at low engine speeds.
Thanks to the "Rapid Tuning System" you can easily remove the db-killer.

Motorcycle Full exhaust
Even on motorcycles, replacing the original exhaust with a tuning exhaust can lead to more power or an improved performance, but above all a tuning exhaust has a better sound, since original exhausts often sound somewhat muffled.
Slip-on or full exhaust?
Replacing the complete exhaust has significant advantages over replacing the slip-on (muffler only) or header. If you choose a full exhaust system, you don't have to worry about the compatibility of the individual components.
Slip-ons usually fit on the original headpipes and headers fit on the original silencers, but nevertheless the installation of a full exhaust with silencer and head pipe perfectly matching out of the box, will get the best results with optimal performance and maximum power.
Repairinga full exhaust
If your original exhaust is getting too loud, you don't have to immediately replace it. We carry silencer wool, special rivets as well as springs, brackets and gaskets to bring it back to good working order.
If your exhaust is beyond salvage (for example, because it is bent after a crash), you can also use a matching slip-on that cost less than a complete exhaust.
