Description
FMF Gold Series Fatty exhaust for Yamaha PW50
The FMF Gold Series Fatty™ exhaust is the ultimate choice to boost the performance of your Yamaha PW50. Developed with advanced technology and tested on the track and dyno, this exhaust provides an overall power increase throughout the rev range and offers a more efficient and sporty ride.
Performance and durability
Each Factory Fatty exhaust undergoes a Tru-Flo stamping process that ensures a perfect fit and optimal performance. Thanks to its nickel-plated 1.11 mm steel construction, it can withstand extreme loads and adverse weather conditions, making it ideal for off-road use.
Advantages of the FMF Fatty exhaust
- More power: Increases engine power across the entire RPM range.
- High durability: Made from nickel-plated steel to withstand extreme conditions.
- Perfect fit: Tru-Flo design, optimized by precision engineering.
- Low maintenance: Minimal maintenance and extremely long service life.

FMF FATTY
The FMF Fatty exhaust may not have the factory look of the unfinished factory version, but it still offers some advantages that should not be neglected: maximum performance, minimum maintenance.
Pro Circuit FATTY PERFORMANCE
The Fatty exhaust from FMF improves the performance of the motorcycle over the entire RPM range. The power is kept as linear as possible, but is higher than with the original exhaust and only drops off later at high engine speeds. The aim is to have a lot of power over as wide a power band as possible.
This exhaust is suitable for both motocross and supercross. For enduro, however, the Gnarly is better suited.
- Body made of lightweight 20-gauge steel
- Manifold made of 19-gauge steel
- O-rings are included with most models
- Hand-hammered welds for smooth transitions
- Nickel plated finish
If you not only need top performance, but also appreciate the look of factory motorcycles (because it's so much fun to scrub the bike after every ride) you should go for the Factory Fatty.
For a top sound, we also carry the matching FMF silencers, from the Shorty for Supercross to the ultra-quiet Turbinecore for Enduro.
Exhaust scooter, moped, motorcycle
The exhaust has a major influence on the performance of scooters and mopeds. By replacing the original with a tuning exhaust, you can improve the gas flow and increase the engine power.
exhaust parts
- The headpipe or header is the connection between cylinder and exhaust, and an exhaust gasket provides the necessary seal. In street-legal systems, the headpipe is equipped with a legally required restriction. Some people remove this restrictor to increase power.
- The actual exhaust body or expansion chamber is connected to the header pipe. In a classic 2-stroke expansion chamber type exhaust, gas pressure waves are used to improve engine performance.
- At the end there us the silencer or muffler that discharges the exhaust gases and, with the help of damping wool, also reduces the noise generated by the vehicle.
Replacing the exhaust
As a general rule, please check if the exhausts fits BEFORE REMOVING THE RESTRICTOR, otherwise the exhaust cannot be returned.
For 2-stroke engines, various settings and components usually need to be adjusted when the original exhaust is replaced with a tuning version. These changes include:
- Adjusting the carburetor by replacing the main jet.
- Upgrading the clutch or replacing the clutch springs.
- For scooters, it may be necessary to reduce the weight of the variator weights.
