The Top Performances 86cc cast iron cylinder for Derbi D50B0 (Euro 3 / Euro 4) is an 86cc cast iron cylinder for 44mm stroke, also available as part of the Top Performances 86cc "cylinder + crankshaft" pack (T9934270). 

The robust cast iron cylinder has a bore of 50mm, with 5 transfer ports and oval exhaust; it must be used with a crankshaft with 44mm stroke. A 1-ring piston and a high-compression cylinder head with directly flushed combustion chamber are also part of the kit.

Advantages of a long-stroke cylinder 44mm stroke

The longer stroke improves the bore/stroke ratio and gives the engine a much better performance curve than tuning cylinders that have to work with a standard stroke. This results in better torque, i.e. "more power" over the entire RPM range, without losing peak power. Still, this cylinder is absolutely reliable, making it ideal for everyday use especially because the modular cylinder head ensures maximum cooling.

Note: Models with Derbi Euro 4 engines use a slightly smaller temperature sensor (thread: M12 x 1.5) than the Euro 3 models (M14 x 1.5). To fit the smaller Euro 4 sensor to the cylinder head, you also need the MF96.91010 adapter.
