The exclusive Schmitt GST-60 Limited Edition cylinder kit has been specially developed for use with Simson M500 crankcases. The kit is manufactured in small batches by a traditional local company. Modern 5-axis CNC milling machines are used to prepare the cylinder for precise ports and prepare the unit for the Schmitt reed valve case. The precise CNC processing ensures 100% symmetrical ports and optimal angles, delivering high-quality, reproducible results.
Attention: This is a very exclusive cylinder for professional tuning. You need to have a certain amount of know-how to be able to use this cylinder at all. Of course, we also stock "normal" cylinders in our shop.

One unique advantage of this kit is its specially designed flat surface, which, thanks to CNC machining, provides a strong, leak-proof connection to the membrane intake box without the need for traditional screws. For best results, we recommend applying standard surface sealant for optimum sealing.
