110cc aluminum cylinder PARMAKIT for Honda MT / MB / MTX 80
The PARMAKIT 110cc aluminum cylinder kit (without cylinder head) with 57mm bore is one of the most powerful kits for Honda MB, MT, MTX 80, Simson M541 with MTX 130 conversion. It offers a convincing combination of maximum performance and reliability, ideal for racing use.
Note: Without cylinder head. You can continue to use the original head.
Parmakit aluminum cylinder - top quality and ultimate performance
Compared to other aftermarket cylinders, the Parmakit cylinder impresses with its exceptional workmanship. The cylinder has been optimized with manually modified timing, which significantly increases the efficiency and performance of the engine.
The cylinder is made of high-quality aluminium and has 4 large side transfer ports for improved cylinder filling and cooling and a large exhaust port for optimized exhaust gas discharge.
The high-quality piston has lateral lubrication nipples and a domed piston crown for improved pre-compression.
Despite the massive increase in performance, the crankshaft, cylinder head and housing do not need to be adapted - basically plug & play!
Nevertheless, we recommend optimizing the setup to exploit the full potential of this kit, e.g. with a larger carburettor and a performance exhaust.

Aluminium cylinders are more powerful than cast iron cylinders, but require more regular maintenance and must be combined with different components such as a reinforced crankshaft and a larger carburetor.
How to run in an aluminium cylinder?
Aluminium cylinders should be run in for about 200 kilometers , and you should use a fully synthetic engine oil.
