The basic tuning but still very powerful version of Bidalot’s high-end Racing RF-WR: Cylinder kit Bidalot 50cc RF-WR Derbi Euro3.
Performance Bidalot RF-WR
The cylinder was developed for everyday use. Design and internal architecture are identical to the racing version, but port timing and the compression ratio are shifted a bit downwards to make the cylinder suitable for everyday use and to also make it more reliable. Performance and output are impressive, the increase in power is clearly noticeable.
Design Bidalot RFWR cylinder kit
The Nikasil-coated aluminium cylinder has 5 transfer ports and an exhaust plus boost ports. Cylinder bore is 40mm. The cylinder head has a special coating and provides excellent cooling of the self-centering combustion chamber. The piston is made of a very heat-resistant aluminium-silicon alloy for extended service life.
We recommend using a larger carburetor (21mm) and a tuning / sports exhaust to fully exploit the potential of this excellent cylinder. And please use a crankshaft with original stroke and connecting rod!

Of course, you need a bit of know-how to install the racing parts correctly and adjust them to yield maximum power.
To get the full potential out of your engine, we recommend buying a high-quality carburetor with the right diameter for the selected displacement.
Also remember to adapt the chassis to the increased engine power, e.g. with improved brakes and suspension.
How to Install a cylinder on a scooter, motorcycle or moped
The cylinder or cylinder kit is the heart of the engine on scooters, motorcycles and mopeds. It consists of a cylinder, a piston with piston ring(s), a cylinder head and gaskets needed for installation.
The service life of a cylinder depends on whether it has been fitted correctly.
Tuning Level: Racing

Aluminium cylinders
Aluminium cylinders are more powerful than cast iron cylinders, but require more regular maintenance and must be combined with different components such as a reinforced crankshaft and a larger carburetor.
How to run in an aluminium cylinder?
Aluminium cylinders should be run in for about 200 kilometers , and you should use a fully synthetic engine oil.
