Description

The Airsal 80cc Cylinder Kit "Xtreme" Derbi Euro 3 (D50B0), available for a very good price.

It has a 50mm diameter and can be used with an original crankshaft.

The Airsal 80cc "Xtreme" Cylinder Kit is made of Nikasil-plated aluminium, has 6 transfer port, a bridged exhaust port and, newly introduced in 2014: 2 additional boost ports. These boost ports each have 2 outlets, one of them bypassing the stud bolt. This will of course increase your range at high rpms.

The kit includes a single-ring piston (d=50mm) and a high-compression monobloc cylinder head.

To get the most out of the Airsal 80cc Cylinder Kit "Xtreme" Derbi Euro 3 (D50B0), we recommend the following configuration:

  • 28mm carburetor (PWK or VHST)
  • High-end exhaust
  • Inner rotor racing ignition

How to Install a cylinder on a scooter, motorcycle or moped

The cylinder or cylinder kit is the heart of the engine on scooters, motorcycles and mopeds. It consists of a cylinder, a piston with piston ring(s), a cylinder head and gaskets needed for installation.

The service life of a cylinder depends on whether it has been fitted correctly.

Tuning Level: High End racing

It is really important to combine parts that belong to the same tuning level, this is especially true for cylinders, crankshafts and exhausts.

High End Racing products are exclusively designed for racing and should only be handled by tuning pros with the appropriate technical know-how. High-end racing parts often require modifications or machining of certain elements to accommodate the often larger components (larger crank webs, larger intake, etc.). Whether you stick with 50cc or increase the displacement, high-end racing parts offer much higher performance than the original parts and are the most powerful tuning parts.

Note: To ensure the reliability of the engine, it is important that the parts are compatible and that you do regular maintenance on your two-wheeler.

    Aluminium cylinders

    Aluminium cylinders are more powerful than cast iron cylinders, but require more regular maintenance and must be combined with different components such as a reinforced crankshaft and a larger carburetor.

    How to run in an aluminium cylinder?

    Aluminium cylinders should be run in for about 200 kilometers , and you should use a fully synthetic engine oil.

    Note: To ensure optimum performance and reliability, it is advisable to measure the squish clearance. Just have a look at our tutorial How to adjust squish clearance.

    Meilleur kit mondial
    Je l’ai pas encore utilisé avec carter vraiment bien prépa et c’est quand même une dinguerie, un carbu de 30 et il lève tout le temps en 14-53, j’imagine pas carbu plus gros (il a besoin d’au moins carbu28 pour pas trop chauffer). Même fatigué piston creusé il perd pas ses performances, kit increvable et incroyable.
    Seul défaut joint de culasse légèrement trop grand mais il y va quand même en prenant son temps, et la couleur rouge, je vais le peindre en gris personnellement pour une cohésion avec mon bas moteur. Je le recommande fortement.

    Un monstre sur carters prépa et bonne config!! Un Super kit pour du all day! Il est Robuste (8000km) et je prenais 105kmh en moyenne pendant 20km tout les jours. Je recommande vraiment le 80 Xtrem malgré que ce kit chauffe beaucoup (double radia et pompe Bosh pour ma part) et pense en reprendre un car je viens d’essayé le 80top après avoir serré le xtrem mais le top perf à rien dans le bide en comparaison et ne me parait pas beaucoup plus robuste car je viens de faire une amorce avec après rodage… donc je vais remonter mon ancien Xtrem et en reprendre un neuf.

    Airsal Xtrem 80
    Cylindre incroyable, franchement je lui ai mis tarifs est il a pas bougé. Des qu’il est dans les tours c’est un démon, et même un bats régime c’est un monstre. A part le piston à changer au bout de plusieurs surchauffe pendant l’été (environ plus de 700km, et j’habite dans le sud donc 40degres au soleil) rien à signaler.
