The components of this GY6 transmission kit fit together perfectly for maximum performance. You don't need to worry about whether the clutch and CVT are compatible and support each other optimally. All the individual parts are of very high quality, reliable and powerful, and together they show their maximum potential.
GY6 139QMB Variator 16x13mm
The GY6 variator offers top performance across the entire speed range, acceleration and shifting are significantly improved. The CVT comes with two 16x13mm weight sets (5.5g and 6.0g) and offers a good basis for adjusting to the setup of your 4-stroke scooter.
We also carry additional 16x13mm CVT rollers for tuning your CVT.
Gy6 clutch V.2 107mm
The Motoforce Racing clutch V2 d=107mm (for GY6 / Kymco / Minarelli / Piaggio / Peugeot) is a high-quality 3-shoe clutch for mid-race and high-end engines at the price of a entry-level clutch. Spring preload can be adjusted by means of a bolted ratchet. In addition, there are weights on the back which you can use to shift the clutch engagement. More clutch springs are also available.
GY6 clutch bell 107mm
The Motoforce Racing clutch bell for GY6 has a diameter of 107 mm and is equipped with additional cut-outs.
The design with orange cooling fins does look great, but what's more important is that the open design with many cut-outs and the additional shrunk-on cooling fins lead to optimal heat dissipation and better cooling. The cooling fin rim also reinforces the bell, preventing deformations which can cause the clutch to grip unevenly.
Now all you really need is a suitable new V-belt and you have a completely new, high-performance transmission.

Depending on the manufacturer, CVT kits may also include one or more contra springs or a clutch and clutch bell.
The different types of CVT kits
- CVT kit original: these kits contain OEM quality CVT components, the CVT transmission can be reset to the original condition.
- CVT kit Sport: Sport transmissions differ from OEM transmissons by a lighter variator, a modified angle and a special lining aimed at improving top speed as well as acceleration. In most cases the kits come with a reinforced belt.
- CVT kit Overrange / Oversize: Oversize kits have the same improvements as the Sport variants, but are also characterized by larger dimensions and are used with a longer oversize V-belt. This configuration improves the performance of your scooter quite a bit.
To simplify the installation of a new CVT, we strongly recommend the use of appropriate tools, especially a piston stopper, which is very practical for the removal and installation of a CVT transmission.
