The MotoForce Racing 103 crankcase offers an inexpensive solution for the installation of a powerful 50cc motorcycle / supermoto intake system for vintage mopeds.

The Peugeot 103 engine case is supplied with an AM6 / Derbi reed valve to improve intake performance and cylinder filling. In addition, two intake manifolds are supplied, one with 15 mm and one with 19 mm, allowing a variety of possible setups.

Note: Depending on what you plan to do, some modifications may be required:

- If you plan to replace the reed valve with a different model than the one supplied, you may need to machine the case in order to insert the screws for the reed petal retaining plates.
- Reed valves designed specifically for AM6 engines, such as the VForce 3 valve box, are not truly compatible with this crankcase and will require modification of the reed valve's mounting holes.
- Depending on which cylinder you want to install in this MotoForce Racing 103 crankcase, it may be necessary to cut off the first cooling fin (on the cylinder base side) to avoid any contact with the engine mount. We recommend carrying out a trial installation beforehand.
