The Ottopuntouno (8.1) CNC case is a high-end racing crankcase designed specifically for Piaggio Gilera 125 or 180cc 2-stroke engines used for equipping the famous Gilera Runner, Piaggio Typhoon, Aprilia SR.

The crankcase is completely CNC machined from aluminium and offers tuners and racers many tuning options:

• you can use all original crankcase components (water pump, oil pump, starter, variator cover)
• compatible with all cylinders, crankshafts and CVTs available on the market
• large volume intake manifold, 1 intake manifold is included (short with diameter 35-39mm)
• the engine case is prepared for modding, for example for use with crankshafts with larger crank webs (up to 11mm additional diameter!)
• you can use internal and external Piaggio gearboxes, the bearings come with the engine case
• you can use rear disc or drum brakes (for drum brakes the kit has to be bought separately)
