RFX PRO Clutch Assy
RFX offers many useful parts and accessories for motocross and enduro bikes. Complete clutch lever with bracket, with interesting features for ambitious MX riders.
The RFX Pro clutch levers are the ideal alternative for those who don’t like the standard design with folding lever, but still want to have a crash-proof and easy-to-use system.
Specifications for RFX clutch lever:
- Standard aluminum lever with durable black anodized finish
- Forged aluminum anodized bracket
- PTFE-coated bracket ring so that the fitting can rotate in the event of a fall
- Adjustment wheel for convenient adjustment of lever
- Rubber boot to protect mechanism from dirt
Attention: Although it is a universal product, the lever can not be used on vehicles with hydraulic clutches and many older 4-stroke motorcycles with hot start choke / compressor.
Clutch lever
The clutch lever is connected to the clutch via a Bowden cable. This lever allows the rider to manually disengage the clutch when shifting gears. On motocross machines, the clutch lever sits on a special clutch fitting; on street motorcycles, it often sits next to the switch unit. There are different types:

How to Change the clutch lever
Changing the clutch lever is very easy. You just have to pull off the clutch cable by loosening the tension slightly. Then loosen the screw that holds the clutch lever in place, install the new lever and re-tighten the cable.
