Malossi Delta Clutch as a complete kit with adjustable racing clutch and reinforced clutch bell. The clutch kit includes the patented, adjustable Malossi Delta Clutch and the reinforced Malossi Maxi Bell.
Malossi has once again improved its well-known Delta Clutch - the linings have better friction and have also been slightly enlarged. The clutch lining is asbestos-free and extremely durable.
Adjusting Malossi Delta Clutch
This clutch offers various adjustment options. By moving the 3 mounting points of the clutch springs, you can get up to 9 different settings. The optional exchange of clutch springs provides up to 27 different variations.
The clutch settings are important for good starts and acceleration out of tight bends at low speed. Thanks to the variable adjustment options, clutch engagement speed and power transmission can be perfectly adapted to personal preferences.
Malossi Maxi Wing bell
The Malossi Wing Bell is forged from very high-quality special steel (39NiCrMo5) with a nitride-hardened, rust-protected surface. It is one of the highest quality clutch bells on the market. The welded-on ring with cooling fins and milled recesses ensure optimal stability and cooling of the clutch bell.

The Delta Clutch from Malossi is the high-end clutch for 50cc scooters from Malossi.
The clutch is reinforced to withstand the power increase of tuned engines and it has a spring tension adjustment system that allows for fine-tuning clutch shoe engagement.

A clutch kit usually consists of friction plates that are coated with sintered metal or aramid fibers, plain steel discs and clutch springs. The friction material of the clutch discs is designed for high loads due to heat and wear to ensure optimum adhesion at all times.
For lubrication of all clutch components, we recommend using 2-stroke gear oil or 4-stroke oil. The oils not only lubricate, but also dissipate the heat generated by friction and help reduce premature wear of the clutch plates.
