MVT S-Race clutch kit Derbi

Reinforced clutch facings "SC" MVT Derbi from MVT's racing department (SC = Service Course). The clutch kit consists of 5 high-quality friction plates, 4 smooth separator plates and 4 reinforced springs (racing). MVT pays particular attention to the springs - the hardness of each individual spring is checked before dispatch.

The HQ kit is particularly suitable for high-end / racing setups.

For mopeds with Derbi engine.

Clutch kit

The proper functioning of the clutch is essential for the smooth operation of scooters, mopeds and motorcycles.

A clutch kit usually consists of friction plates that are coated with sintered metal or aramid fibers, plain steel discs and clutch springs. The friction material of the clutch discs is designed for high loads due to heat and wear to ensure optimum adhesion at all times.

For lubrication of all clutch components, we recommend using 2-stroke gear oil or 4-stroke oil. The oils not only lubricate, but also dissipate the heat generated by friction and help reduce premature wear of the clutch plates.

Clutch kit for scooters

Clutch kits for scooters usually include the actual clutch, clutch bell and clutch springs. The clutch bell works synergistically with the clutch to form a single unit.

Various special tools are available for mounting and dismounting a scooter clutch.

Bon embrayage
Très bon embrayage, rien à dire aucun problèmes avec mais en origine avec un pot il y a très peu de différence avec celui d'origine.

excellent embrayage je lai mit sur kit 80 il ne patine même pas par rapport a d'autre grâce a ses ressort un peu plus grand qui sert a bien pousser l'embrayage

Je conseille vraiment cette embrayage tres resitant jai un kit 80cc et il fonctionne parfaitement je conseille donc cette embrayage a tous les kiter :-)
