HTX 1600 brake and assembly protection spray
The Technolit brake protection spray HTX 1600 is supplied in a handy 500 ml spray can and is a new type of high-performance lubricant paste for components that are exposed to high temperatures and extreme conditions. It is a high temperature and high pressure resistant anti-corrosion, release and lubricating paste that offers very good long-term protection. Its advanced formula provides long-lasting lubrication, protects against corrosion and eliminates unwanted noise, even under pressure or in contact with water, acids and alkalis.

- Permanent: -30°C to 1200°C

- Eliminates running, squeaking and whistling noises (e.g. on V-belts) thanks to ceramic solid lubricant combination

- ABS, ESP and ASR brake systems
- Lambda probes
- Threaded connections
- Parts under high pressure such as screws, stud bolts, flanges and spark plugs
Application instructions
Before application, the surface must be cleaned with a suitable cleaning agent. Shake the container well until the mixing balls are audible. Spray on from a distance of 20-30 cm and leave for approx. 5 minutes to achieve the best results.
Do not use on: Brake disks and brake pad sides
Brake cleaner
Functioning brakes are the be-all and end-all for safe riding.
Even new brake pads, brake discs, brake lines, brake calipers must be clean and grease free to brake efficiently.
The brake system is usually cleaned with brake cleaner. Brake cleaner is an extremely strong degreasing detergent that removes all traces of oil and dirt in the brake system and can also be used to clean many other parts.
