With the KOSO KRS Air-System air filter, we can now offer you an inexpensive filter that guarantees a high air flow rate and also looks good. The transparent plastic housing protects the filter from splash water. The connection is angled at 90° and therefore fits most scooter models. The connection rubber is flexible and can be fitted to all Dell'Orto carburetors from 12-21mm and all Arreche carburetors from 17-21mm.

what are the benefits of open air filters?
Pod air filters are installed in place of the original air filter box of scooters, motorcycles or even mopeds to increase the air flow and thus improve performance and cooling of the engine.
However, using an open pod filter can make the vehicle louder, leads to slightly worse fuel economy, and it is possible that water gets into the engine during heavy rain. But what the heck - open air filters just sound great!
Just as with original air filter inserts, it is important to clean the air filter regularly with air filter cleaner.
Note: When installing an open sport air filter, the carburetor must be readjusted, i.e. in most cases the jet has to be changed.
